At Wrapingers, we specialize in customized gift hampers, and every order is curated with care.
Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing your order
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before processing begins. Once the hamper customization or production has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted. To cancel your order, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.Order Cancellation
If your order is cancelled within the allowed timeframe, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Customized hampers are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you. Refunds are only applicable in the following cases: Wrong product delivered Damaged items received Missing items in the hamperRefund Policy
Please report any issue within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof. After verification, we will provide a replacement or partial/full refund.
